Extell’s Mayflower Mountain Resort, is located in the MIDA Project Area, Wasatch County, Utah. It will be North America’s newest world-class alpine village to be developed since 1981. The Village will include ski infrastructure allowing skiers and mountain bikers access to extensive terrain, both summer and winter, while overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir. The reimagined resort village concept will feature multiple luxury and lifestyle-branded hotels and more than 1,000 private residences ranging from estate lots to luxury condominiums. Extell utilized the expertise of The Parker Company to open the first hotel on property, the Mayflower.
