Leonard Parker is an Icon of the Purchasing Industry and Chairman Emeritus of The Parker Company. Lenny worked for the Maxwell Company for 11 years furnishing hotels throughout the US and Caribbean. In 1969 he founded the Leonard Parker Company and created the Agent Only system of Purchasing used today by virtually every purchasing company in America. In 1996, he sold the Leonard Parker Company to Hospitality Worldwide Services, a public company and served as a Board Member and Chairman until retiring in 2003. Leonard was an innovator of purchasing software for hospitality and was responsible for the worldwide expansion and prominence of the company. He is a Platinum Circle Award winner, graduate of the Tulane University Business School and now acts as a senior advisor to The Parker Company.

Doug is a Partner and President & CEO of the Company, Co-Directs the FF&E Division and has been with the company for over 43 years. In his early years with the company, Doug focused on the expansion and development of the company’s international operations and now acts as a Partner Administrator for FF&E projects as well as corporate sales. Doug’s current concentration has been to diversify the company’s client base in the US to include associated hospitality venues such as sports arenas and restaurant groups. His foremost objective as President is maintaining the company’s core values of integrity, professionalism and exceptional service. Doug is a graduate with Honors from Tulane University in International Business & Political Science.

Philip is a Partner of The Parker Company and Director of the company’s Operating Supplies & Equipment Division (OS&E) and has been with the company for over 41 years. In addition to corporate sales, Philip is an OS&E Partner Administrator, and oversees all OS&E project procurement. As one of the industry’s leading OS&E experts, Philip provides comprehensive Technical and Consulting Services to hotel Owner/Management companies, hospitality developers and individual hotel properties. In 1996 Philip co-directed Parker Reorder Company an industry innovator of Hospitality Procurement Software and was instrumental in innovating procurement technology for hospitality. Philip is a graduate of Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts.

Mitch is a Partner and COO of The Parker Company, Co-Directs the FF&E Division and has been with the company for over 41 years. Mitch spent nine years as Vice President-West Coast Operations heading the Los Angeles office of the company, which included sales, marketing and project management for the Western region. In 1996 Mitch relocated back to Miami to co-direct Parker Reorder Company, an industry innovator of Hospitality Procurement Software acting as the Business Development Manager. Mitch is a Partner Administrator for FF&E projects, handles corporate sales and marketing, FF&E project administration and all operational aspects of the company including IT, HR and Accounting. Mitch is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts.

Dolores Hirsh is Chief Financial Officer of The Parker Company and has been the Company for 34 years. In this role, she directs a team of accountants and problem solvers to implement systems and controls to promote the company’s growth and to protect client funds used in the budgeting and purchasing of hospitality projects. She is actively involved in the planning and execution of strategies to increase efficiencies and reduce risks in all aspects of the project procurement process. Prior to joining The Parker Company, Dolores served as the controller of National Corrections Company Inc. Dolores received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting at Florida International University. She became a Certified Public Accountant in April of 1991.

Donald Lockerbie is the Managing Director of the Sports & Events Group at The Parker Company. As an expert in the industry of sports venue design development and event management, Don career in the sports business follows his years as a professional Track & Field athlete for the USA and a stint as Head Coach of Track & Field/Cross Country at the University of North Carolina. He has worked on over 400 sports facility projects worldwide and also taken roles at six Olympic Games and three FIFA World Cups. From 2002 – 2008, Don served as the Chief Operating Officer & Venue Development Director of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 where he managed the design and development of fourteen new Cricket stadiums. Recent stadium & arena projects include: Sofi Stadium, Allegiant Field, Miami Dolphins and Florida Panthers training facilities, and Inter-Miami’s Freedom Park.

Vanesse Voigt is Managing Director of The Parker Company – EMEA, with over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality procurement. Managing both Dubai and Zurich Offices, she directs strategic projects, operational execution, and corporate sales across the EMEA regions. She has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s European footprint, securing prestigious projects, and building partnerships with global hospitality brands. Vanesse has worked with nearly every leading five-star hotel brand across resort, urban, and boutique developments and has worked with UAE Private Offices on ultra-luxury and other bespoke projects. As MD, Vanesse has overseen the procurement for globally recognized properties such as Marsa Al Arab, One&Only Nyungwe House, Four Seasons Formentor, The Ritz-Carlton Reserve Red Sea, The Woodward – Auberge Resorts Collection, Six Senses Douro Valley, Emirates Palace and Cheval Blanc Seychelles.

Linda is a Senior Vice President and has been with the company for over 35 years. She has held senior positions in FF&E, OS&E and Accounting. In addition to directing projects for some of the company’s most prestigious clients, she has conducted training workshops for the company and helped establish our core operating procedures. Major completed projects under Linda’s direction include Atlantis Resort Paradise Island, Bahamas; Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood and Tampa; Four Seasons Ocean Club, Paradise Island, Bahamas; The Carlyle Hotel, New York City; and several Nobu Restaurants worldwide.nLinda is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a BA in History and Political Science. She holds a Real Estate license in the State of Florida and is a graduate of the FBI’s Citizen Academy.

Max Parker is a Project Director with the Company with over 8 years of experience . He has successfully managed a number of complex, high-profile projects, developing effective procurement strategies while identifying the critical customer and designer requirements. Projects include The Four Seasons Naples Beach Club, The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, The EDITION Hotel in Tampa, The Ned NoMad in New York, The Boca Raton Beach Club in South Florida, Natiivo & Gale Hotel and Residences in Miami, and The Great Wolf Lodge in Connecticut. Max holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.

Graham is a Project Director at the Company with over 9 years of experience and has extensive expertise in global hospitality procurement overseeing high-profile projects across various sectors including luxury hotels and resorts, sports arenas, casino complexes, and country clubs. Graham consistently navigates complex logistical challenges while cultivating long-term relationships with leading developers, operators, vendors, and designers. Graham has dual bachelor’s degrees from Florida State University.

Kyle Parker is a Director in the Sports & Events Division, bringing over 10 years of specialized Company experience in the planning and delivery of large-scale sports facilities. Kyle has industry leading expertise in Sports & Events budgeting, scheduling, and procurement strategy, and has led procurement and project management efforts for some of the most advanced and high-profile stadiums and arenas in the world. Kyle has a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University’s Business program.

Cheryn is a Senior Project Director and has been with the company for over 40 years. Cheryn previously assisted in managing the company’s South Africa, Dubai, and Shanghai office as Director of Special Projects. Cheryn is an expert in the field and has been responsible for numerous projects throughout the world including the Palace of the Lost City in South Africa, Le Touessrok Resort & Spa in Mauritius, The 1 Hotel South Beach, W Hotel South Beach, Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, JW Marriott Marquis in Miami, Hard Rock London Canada, JW Marriott Clearwater, Florida, and St. Regis in Chicago.

Nancy Smith is a Senior Project Director with over 39 years of experience at The Parker Company. Her extensive experience highlights skills in strategic sourcing and applying innovative solutions. Nancy excels in expert negotiation and the ability to leverage supplier relationship management to optimize project outcomes while maintaining the fundamental vision of the designer, identifying cost saving opportunities and ensuring that client objectives are met without compromising quality. Fluent in French, and Spanish, recent projects completed include the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, the Raffles Boston, Amanyara Turks and Caicos, Maison at Ritz Carlton New Orleans, and the Four Seasons Downtown New York.

Ruth is a Senior Project Director with over 30 years’experience at the Company managing domestic and international projects. Ruth oversees the Latin America Division and is an integral part of the division’s sales and business development, with specific expertise in Sports & Events procurement. Major Hotel projects include the Astir Four Seasons Nafsika and Four Seasons Arion in Vouliagmeni Greece, Four Seasons Naviva in Punta Mita Mexico, Four Seasons Hotel & Residences in Cabo del Sol Mexico, six star Nafsika Ritz-Carlton Reserve Hotel & Residences in Papagayo Cost Rica. Ruth is a graduate of The University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Vivian is a Senior Project Director and has been with The Parker Company for 28 years. Viv is committed to seeing every project through from its beginning to its successful completion with attention to detail, project specific vendor sourcing, and a critical focus on budget savings for her clients. Recent projects include the Four Seasons Chicago, Ritz Carlton St. Louis, Auberge Shell Bay Club & Hotel, Wyndham Rio Mar, and three luxury brand Marriott properties in Barbados. Vivian earned a bachelor’s degree in international business and marketing from Florida International University.

Katherine is a Senior Project Director with over 17 years of experience in the high-end hospitality sector, Katherine has successfully led complex, multi-million-dollar FF&E projects across global markets, collaborating with renowned hotel brands, designers, and developers. Katherine brings a strategic approach to sourcing, logistics, and vendor management—ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. She has consistently exceeded client expectations while navigating the nuanced demands of bespoke furniture production and international supply chains. Recent Projects include the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman, The Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire, The Fairmont Bermuda and the Loews Miami Beach.

With over 40 years of hospitality procurement experience, Lois has handled every type of hotel and resort property, working with most major design groups, brands and owner/developers. After managing the Orlando office of Martin B. Stringellow, Lois is now in her fifth year at The Parker Company and continues to expertly and effectively manage the procurement strategy for a wide portfolio of projects including the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, the Hotel Monteleone New Orleans and the exclusive Shell Bay Club in Hallandale, Florida.

Giannina Obradovich Garcia is a Project Director with over 30 years of combined experience in FF&E hospitality procurement and 10 years of experience with the Company. Giannina excels at procurement strategy and managing complex projects. Recent projects include Pier 66 in Fort Lauderdale, W. Punta Cana, NED in Washington DC, and Shell Bay Member’s Pavilion in Hallandale. Giannina has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in International Business, is fluent in English and Spanish and is currently learning Italian.

Based in Los Angeles, Bonnie is an FFE Project Director with over 20+ years of procurement expertise in the luxury hotel and resort markets. Mostly handling the Western region for the Company, major hotel projects include Ritz Carlton San Francisco, Fairmont San Francisco, Bacara Resort Santa Barbara, Beverly Wilshire Hotel, and Monaco Salt Lake City. Current projects include Ka La’i Waikiki Beach, LXR Hotels & Resorts, L’ Ermitage Beverly Hills, Andaz Napa and The Beverly Hilton. Bonnie is a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in Education.

Fabian Gonzalez is Sr. Project Director and has been with the company for over 28 years. Fabian has 30 years of combined hospitality experience in budget development, procurement, management, owner’s rep, operations, manufacturing, and distribution. OS&E projects completed under his direction include the Nekajui Ritz-Carlton Reserve, W Hotel Punta Cana, Ritz-Carlton Nomad, Ritz-Carlton Portland, Edition Hotel Tampa, Kimpton Roatan Honduras, El Conquistador Puerto Rico, and Fairmont Hotel Bermuda. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in integrated supply chain and operations management. Fabian is also a veteran of United States Marine Corps.

Alyssa Quevedo is a Senior Project Director at The Parker Company, with over 30 years of experience in hospitality operations, project management, and brand development. Alyssa started her career with work experience at the Four Sisters Inn and Hilton and Marriott properties. Later, Alyssa progressed to operational leadership roles at various Hyatt Hotels, including managing major renovations like the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Upon transitioning to SBE in West Hollywood, Alyssa played a key role in developing new hotel brands, overseeing multiple hotel openings and executing staff training from the corporate level. Recent notable projects include the Raffles Boston, Romer Hell’s Kitchen, Four Seasons Cabo del Sol Hotel, Residences & Estate Homes, Four Seasons Nashville, Four Seasons Minneapolis, Shinola Detroit, and Delano Miami Beach. Alyssa holds a Master’s degree from Florida International University in Hospitality Management and dual bachelor’s degrees from Florida State University in Hospitality Administration and Spanish.

Jaime is a Sr. Project Director with over 15 years’ experience with the company and has held management positions in both OS&E and FF&E, handling projects in Central America, South America, Caribbean and US. Domestic projects such as Intercontinental, Marriott and Starwood properties. Jaime holds an AA in Business Administration at LACC and a Certified Purchasing Manager CPM at FIU. In addition to a procurement career, Jaime has 40 years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry including FF&E, OS&E, F&B Purchasing, Pre-Opening set up, Employee Recruitment and Training, Owner’s Representative and Project Management.

Tom joined The Parker Company In 2018 and is a Director in the Sports & Events Division. Tom has expanded the firm’s services to the EMEA market from the Company’s UK S&E offices. Having trained in Architecture before joining Skanska UK Construction as a Designer and Project /Planning Manager, he subsequently spent 12 years in major sports event delivery across operations, event and venue planning, contract management and operations, working on three Rugby World Cups (2003, 2007 and 2015), two Olympic and Paralympic Games (2012 and 2015), two ICC Cricket World Cups/T20 tournaments (2007 and 2010) and the 2008 Rugby League World Cup. Recent projects include Everton’s new stadium, QPR new training ground and Fulham new stand and hotel.

Richard is a Project Director and has been with the Company since 2014. Previous work experience includes JP Barry Hospitality, as Purchasing Manager for seven years and F&B Director for 2 years for their two independently owned and operated sister properties, Molly Pitcher Inn and the Oyster Point Hotel. Recent projects include the Four Seasons Naples Beach Hotel, The Rosewood Calistoga, The Royalton Park Avenue, and the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley. He has a Business Management associate degree from Brookdale Community College.

Emina Zukic is Director of Finance and Administration at The Parker Company – EMEA. With over 17 years at The Parker Company, she leads the financial and administrative operations across the regions, supporting its growth and strategic direction. Emina brinEMEAgs deep expertise in budgeting, compliance, and internal controls, with a structured approach, delivering financial insights that support executive decisions. She fosters cross-functional collaboration and ensures transparency and accountability across her department and within the company.

Rachel Markus is Director of Operations at The Parker Company – EMEA. With over 17 years in hospitality procurement and more than a decade at The Parker Company, Rachel leads the operational aspects of both the FF&E and OS&E departments, delivering complex, high-value projects across the regions.Rachel brings deep expertise in luxury hospitality procurement, project coordination, and operations, bridging strategy with execution. She streamlines workflows and upholds the high standards of The Parker Company’s project delivery.

Rachel Zele is Director of FF&E at The Parker Company – EMEA. With more than 17 years of experience in luxury hospitality procurement, and more that 8 years at The Parker Company, Rachel manages the FF&E Division including management of departmental initiatives, team oversight, and accountability for the regional procurement strategies and execution. Rachel brings a solutions-driven approach to every project with her teams delivering tailored, brand-aligned FF&E projects, for a wide range of high-end hotels and resorts. Projects include the Jumeirah Carlton Towers, The Address Fountain Views, One&Only Gorilla’s Nest, Kisawa Sanctuary, and Sandblu Skybay Santorini.

Rais Thailakandy is Director of OS&E at The Parker Company – EMEA, based in the Dubai office. With over 13 years at The Parker Company, he manages the OS&E Department by overseeing regional procurement strategies and directing sourcing activities from project inception through to pre-opening with his teams. With his expertise in luxury hospitality procurement, Rais has supported a wide range of five-star and high-end brands across urban hotels, beach resorts, and lifestyle properties, delivering customized OS&E solutions aligned with brand standards and operational needs. Projects include, Marsa Al Arab, Waldorf Astoria, Cinnamon Life, Six Senses Southern Dunes, The Woodward, Raffles Jeddah and the Louvre Museum in Abu Dhabi.
