TPC CELEBRATES 45TH ANNIVERSARY

Founded in 1969 by Leonard Parker, an industry icon, Parker utilizes a proven methodology combining experienced staff, significant procurement expertise, innovative VE solutions, global sourcing, and large scale buying power to manage the procurement for over 100 major projects per year worldwide.

Leonard Parker, who is credited with the creation of the Agent-Only method of hospitality procurement, set the standard for the industry through his dedication to clients and fair treatment of the vendors. Now run by Leonard’s three sons, Doug, Mitch and Philip, the company maintains offices in Miami, London, Dubai, Rio and Shanghai, and the sons carry on with the legacy oftheir father. “My dad built a solid foundation which allowed us to grow globally into one of the largest and most successful procurement companies in the world, and we approach every project as he did with the same partnership approach and the commitment to the execution of the best possible design at the most competitive price” states Mitch Parker, Partner and COO of the company.“In our 45 years we have handled just about every type of project from large to small, typical to super high-end, just about everywhere on the globe; and we have found solutions for every budget and every challenge we have faced”.
