PARKER OPENS OFFICE IN BRAZIL

The Parker Company continues to expand its presence around the globe with the opening of a new full service office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. “The new office represents our commitment to growing our business and introducing professional hospitality procurement in Brazil,” says Doug Parker, President & CEO.

Utilizing Parker’s state of the art technology and proven procurement expertise, the new office will handle both FF&E and OS&E purchasing services for hotels, sports & entertainment venues and other hospitality related projects. The company was recently retained to handle one of the most high profile hotel projects in Brazil, The Gloria Palace, and has signed a master contract with Wyndham Hotel Group’s developer in Brazil for the roll out of multiple projects over the next several years. “We continue to see potential for more growth in Brazil,” notes Parker. “The new office allows us to build our presence in the region and provide Brazil with a level of support and expertise that The Parker Company is known for in the global market.”
